Description:
The 228th Map of the Week is from the second Jörðgarð (TM) Trails adventure on the Fallen Empire Trail, "Draug Hunters." The maps shows a surviving bridge on the River Hríð in the ruins of the Æsir Empire. Neither the ford on the River Hríð nor the Æsir town that was named after it still exists. Before the Great Wars, the Hríð flowed lazily and wide at this point. By most weather, riders could cross it easily. All of that changed as a result of the magical devastation that was unleashed in the wars' final battle. At this point, an earthquake shook the land, sinking the river bed and shaking the buildings of the village into piles of scattered brick, wood and tiles. As a result, the river now flows swifter through a narrower path, and the bridge is necessary to cross the river. In the module draug hunters, the PCs have an encounter with draugs (undead) and orc riders on the bridge.

You can get this map in two versions:

1. The Fractal Mapper (TM) 8 version in FMP format, fully editable (11 MB) from the Jörðgarð website.

2. As a JPG flat map of 1360 x 1020 of Pixels (670 KB), available with the hyperlink below.

Both versions are released for personal and commercial use under the Open Game License Version 1.0a, which you can read on the Jörðgarð website at:
