Big Exporter plugin for large image exports in Fractal Mapper

Description:
Normally FM limits the size of image exports to 10000 pixels wide. You can use this plugin to bypass the limit and export to larger graphic sizes.
But, be warned... FM's limit is in there for a reason! If your system cannot render a graphic of a chosen size, it might cause an access violation or crash FM.
To use this plugin, copy this file into the \Plugins directory (under where FM8 is installed) and restart FM8 if running. It will then show up under the "Plugins" directory as "Big Exporter".
