Description:
Here's an extra map, in case anyone can use it. It isn't a part of the Jörðgarð (TM) Map of the Week series because it isn't from the Jörðgarð books. It's a sample scenario from the pending new Dungeons Daring (TM) Third Edition Players Handbook instead.

There are no numbers on the map, but it's content is easy enough to explain. We're in an autumn forest. The narrow trail is at the top of the map (north edge). There is a small clearing on the trail where three orcs and one draug (undead) mage are around a campfire. One orc is standing guard right on the trail. Behind the draug is its cairn, where it must shield itself from daylight. However, with this being a night scene, there's no danger of damage from daylight right now.

You can get this scenario in two versions:

1. The Fractal Mapper (TM) 8 map in FMP format, fully editable, from our Jörðgarð web page (23.6 MB) at:

www.vintyri.org/downloads/forestencounter.zip

2. As a JPG flat map of 1700 Pixels x 1360 Pixels (1.1 MB), with the hyperlink below.

Both versions are released for personal and commercial use under the Open Game License Version 1.0a, which you can read on the Jörðgarð website at:
