Description:
Here's the second of two things that we needed and couldn't find anywhere. This is devastated soil ruined by magic or disaster. We used it with transparency as an overlay over the previous fill. It also is a modification of a texture by Pedrov. As usual, it's released under the Open Game License v 1.0a.
