Re: [nbos] www.GeekTransit.comNBOS Support Thu Aug 29th, 2013
There are game finding sites (and forums), but I dont believe there are any
that take the approach that GeekTransit does. GT focuses on pushing out
local gaming related posts (looking for a game, we need another player,
local cons, etc) to people who subscribe to that category of post, rather
than requiring them to monitor a site for new posts they may be interested
in.
This makes it much more efficient, especially for those who arent in a
large metro area, and thus would only encounter new posts advertising game
openings infrequently on a forum or other site.
See the http://www.geektransit.com/about page for info on what GT does.
