Jörðgarð Map of the Week #310 - The Ghost Cell

Description:The 310th Map of the Week is from the forthcoming Jörðgarð Trails adventure "In the Salt Mine." It shows the ghost cell on level 3 of the salt mine.

A prisoner, apparently a woman, was tied to the cross and left in the cell to die while tied to the cross. At some point, no doubt during the Devastation, the area at the front of her cell collapsed, and the pile of rock that collapsed re-mains there today. However, the prisoner's soul did not go to Hela. Instead, it survives as a ghost locked into the cell behind the pile of collapsed rock. What's more, the ghost wails loudly and frequently, and the sound carries throughout most of the third level. The PCs could clear the rock from the shaft and free the ghost, but it would not be a good idea. The ghost is absolutely insane and wants nothing but revenge. It will do its best to destroy anything that lives and perhaps anything that is undead as well, but the saltverur will not interest it.

Key to the Map of the Ghost Cell

1. Skeleton of the Ghost, tied to a wooden cross.

2. The Ghost. Its location varies.

3. Collapsed Area.

4. Mine Shaft.

You can get this map in two versions:
