added a note with my name and the revisions I made to the script.

Subject: [nbos] [AS2] Modifying plugins
I have an NBOS Exchange etiquette question.
I am currently working on my first AS2 plugins.
The first plugin is really just a modification of Jay Gorrell's awesome
"Traveller System Modifier". I wanted some more "realistic" data to my
worlds and so I have added some items inspired by GURPS First In book. 90%
of what I have is still the original plugin - I just added some subs and
functions.
The second plugin uses some other folk's code (mostly a few subs) but is
mostly my own efforts at adding some financial and cultural tables to each
system.
So my question is if I am honest about the liberties I have taken with the
code is it ok to upload these - or should I be tracking down the authors for
permission before I share?
-Sean
