I've not used FM since i beta'd the latest version and honestly I never
thought to try this because I was using CC3 for my mapping at the time but
how well does FM handle large printing and export sizes ? I'm not talking an
A4 page but heavy duty 5m map sizes at actual proper printer quality DPI
(150 - 300 DPI).

I think you'll find that FM8 will do what you want it to do, but only if you
use a 64-bit version of XP, Vista or Win 7 and have 6 to 8 GB of memory.
You'll get messages that your file can't be saved because there is too
little memory or even memory crashes if you're running a 32-bit version of
Windows with its accessible memory limitation of <4 GB.

With Vista Ultimate 64-bit and 8 GB memory, I've never had an FM8 crash at
all, and I've been able to memorize my most gigantic work with no problem.
