OK, got it, but I don't understand why Frequency is there then either.

Now that we're on the subject of the user interface API, I cannot get
the DialogWindow 'Caption' property to do anything. The dialog box
title is always 'Celestia Import (Plug-in)' no matter what I change
the caption to (from the Plug-in name defined in the #Plug-in, I
