Yeah, I tried doing that and it's still off. Is there some bug with Vista
that I've missed on the list (admittedly, I don't read every message)?

Open the grid setup dialog (click the '#' button, or press CTRL+D, or select
Grid from the Map menu). Create a "square" grid at 1' intervals. Then, from
the Map menu, make sure "Snap to square grids" is ticked. Now when you draw
your line end points will snap to the grid points. This makes it easy to
create a line exactly 7' long.

Subject: [nbos] [FM] Line Length Question

Hey guys, I'm trying to do something I had hoped would be simple, but it's
giving me some problems. I want to create a line exactly 7 feet long. How
can I do that with Fractal Mapper? Can I even?

I have the .pdf manual printed and open and I'm not finding any way to do
what I need.

Thanks guys,
