#extdesc description

For file handler plug-ins, this is a short descriptive name of the file format.  This is what is displayed in the file types drop down box in  the File Open dialog window when you open a file.

 

Example:

       #filehandler         Example File Handler

       #fileext                 .png

       #extdesc                PNG Image Files

       #desc                        Example of how to register a file extension
