I can look at making that a factor of the terraforming setting - the higher
the setting, the more likely there'd be more than one hospitable planet.

Which actually makes me think about Gas Giant moons, as a gas giant in the
right orbit could, in theory, contain 2 or 3 hospitable moons. So the
generator should look at 'terraforming' those as well.
