I do not know of software, but I know in one of the Jovian Chronicles RPG
books they discuss this topic in detail and how best to handle it
(handwaving to actually how to plot positions and travel times).

At least, that is my memory.

When I get home (much later tonight) I can look it up, but software would be
nice.
