Jerry,
Been looking for a way to do this for a while. According to Ed &
everything that I can find, there is no way to export the .planetview.png
files programatically. You have to click on each and every single body in
AS2 that you want the .planetview.png for. Either that, or run the bulk
surfacemap script I wrote a while back and then use GIMP or Photoshop and
bulk process the flat images around a sphere.

As for re-writing the HTML exporter to include these .pngs.... thats not all
that hard to do at all. Getting the planetviews...that is, appearently,
impossible to script.

On that note, Ed, I would like to submit .planetview export as a feature
request for the Alien API
