I found this. For anyone else interested, it is located in:

C:\Documents and Settings\PROFILENAME\Application Data\NBOS\Fractal
Mapper\RandomSymbolSets.xml.

While I feel comfortable editing XML documents, I assume others may not
or may get this wrong and perhaps break things. Is there a way to do
this editing in the UI? If not, consider this the first "new" feature
request!
