Will someone clarify scout and naval bases for me. How exactly is it
generated?

My problem is say the 2d6 roll is 10+ on a type A station then Imp Scout,
Imp Naval, and NonImp Military are all 'true'. I understand if it is scout
and naval then the code is A or B(another thing I need to figure out how to
determine progmatically).

I think, you are supposed to know if the system is Imp or not before the
roll. What I'm thinking is just making the determination on the NonImp
column and using M if the roll comes out 'true' for the station code or X
otherwise(I'm assuming X means no station or is it left out if no station?)
