I answered my own question

'find Orbit Distance
d=100000
oBody = CreateBody("terrestrial")
temp = oStar.TempAt(d,oBody.Albedo)
e= temp*sqr(d)
da = (e/271)^2
db = (e/371)^2

Should find it for you da is the distance where water freezes and db
is the distance where it boils, for a planet with a given Albedo.
