For example, if there is a tree symbol that uses black and a shade of
green, I would want SOME of random tree placement's to use green1, some
to use green2, and some to use green3 via script. I have manually
placed some tree's to get just the right effect as far as placement, but
then I selected individual symbols and slightly modified the coloration
and want to know if there is a way to do this via script "on the fly".
ie, I would prefer to avoid making 5 copies of the same tree symbol with
the only difference being slight color changes.

Not sure if this is possible, and so far, I have no found out a way to
do it (not that I have had gobs of time to look.)
