::squints:: Let's pretend that I don't understand that. Plugins and symbol
catalogs should be fine, but if I moved this button over to that side of the
screen it would be back to the default settings on any new computer? Is that
correct? What would be an example of a temporary file in this case (I'm
assuming not the one you're working on)?

I appreciate the responses from everyone so far, though.
