I run it on Win7 64 bit without any problems. (4 Gigs of memory, 2.7Ghz AMD
dual core processor).

I can confirm that FM8 itself doesn't have any problems on Windows 7
(32-bit) at least not on any of the three machines I use.

I haven't tested on 64-bit though, and was just about to ask if there were
any known issues with that OS.

I wasn't sure if this list was a proper place for tech-support questions,
but it seems it is.

I bought Fractal Mapper 7 on CD-ROM, and bought the upgrade to FM 8 as a
download. It ran fine on my old WinXP machine. Unfortunately, I can't get my
new Windows 7 computer to install FM 7 from the CD-ROM. I've tried
everything the Help screens suggested about "compatabilty settings", but
nothing's worked. Does anyone know of a work-around for this?

My thanks for any advice-
