[nbos] Vintyri symbols in Modern RPGs

Yesterday's E-Mail from Mike Oliver (who maps mostly in modern and sci-fi
settings) brought the following to mind.

Although the Vintyri Cartographic Collection is intended for fantasy RPGs,
just about any cartographer mapping European style from the Middle Ages to
the present should be able to use them. The symbols are based upon
historical European buildings, but most of the prototypes still stand and
are being used today. Mixing the Vintyri symbols with more modern
structures should produce credible European style cities and towns for
post-fantasy-era RPGs.
