There's no easy way to do that. You could try making a bump map to import
(basically a black and white image with the oceans black and the land
white) or a binary file of elevations, but the results arent usually very
good because you'd have to hand create all the mountains and terrain.

The best thing to do is start off with a random, all-water world in FWE,
and with a very light touch, start raising terrain and draw out all the
continents.

FM does read emf's pretty well, so you can give that a shot and see how it
looks.

What you could also try doing is using FT to create your world, and then
export a binary elevation file that FWE can import. I've never tried it,
but if FT can export such a thing (which I imagine it can since many
renderers can read raw elevation data), it can be imported into FWE. From
there you can do your editing and exporting to FM8.
