Re: [nbos] [FM] graphics tablets?~~Richard K~~ Thu Nov 1st, 2007
I use an olderWacom ET Graphire, but I do notice a deviation from the Tablet
properties when using FM8.
I have mine set to repond to the full resolution area of my LCD, however
with FM on full screened, it responds as if the tablet is in a different
mode (meaning I lift the pen and continue the response of the cursor from
another portion of my tablet, where its property mode is suppoded to be
(tablet area = screen)) Why it deviates from my default, who knows, I might
have to see if there is something I need to set up to work in the program.
However, besides this, the tablet is a great tool for mapping in FM. I
actuallt finished my tracing of Southeast Asia, now working on the rest of
the map, it will look like my EVROPA map when I'm done.(And I'll upload it
once the basics are completed)
When tracing from a background image, I find the Fractal Polygon set at 4 or
5 works really well at making an approximate landmass tracing.
