Re: [nbos] [FM] Translation volunteer(s) sought

I'd recomend using a better program for translation than Google (There
is existing software out there that will do this, some of it's even
free if you're willing to do small segments). Machine translation
is... interesting. I'm honestly not sure if it would be faster to
just translate it by hand or edit. Which would be better would,
honestly, depend on the skill of the individuals involved. As a rusty
ameture, I can tell you /I/ would rather just translate it by hand
because, to check it, I might have to anyway. To make editing
feasible you'd need a competent native speaker (I wouldn't recomend
handing the editing over to a teenager that's failing their basic
courses in their native language) or someone of equivilent skill with
the language. I don't know what skill levels are available here.

Question: Are you willing to accept languages with other alphabets?
(I speak Russian.)

Sincerely,
Heather Underwood
