I use it all the time, but more to get a set of system contents that I
like than to deal with re-naming things. It completely regenerates
system contents, and only sporadically changes the name. (usually if
it goes from uninhabited to inhabited.) I don't recomend it if ALL
you want to do is change the child body names, because you're going to
loose any data on any existing child bodies. (Caveat: this is all
assuming I'm following you folk right.)
